1. Who we are

swish ("we", "us") is a fashion discovery service operated by [BUSINESS NAME / PFA or SRL], based in Romania. We help you discover clothing across multiple retailers. We are not a shop: we never hold inventory, take payment, or fulfil orders — any purchase happens on the retailer's own website under their terms. Data controller contact: hello@swishshop.net.

2. What we collect & why

Swipe & usage data (likes, skips, taps) — to personalise your feed and improve the product. In the app prototype this stays in your own browser (localStorage); nothing is sent to a server. When we add accounts/sync, profiling will require its own opt-in.
We do not sell your personal data.

3. Cookies & affiliate tracking

When you tap through to a retailer, an affiliate cookie/link may record that the visit came from swish, so we can earn a commission. At public launch these and any analytics run only after you opt in via a consent banner (no pre-ticked boxes; reject is as easy as accept). Essential functionality works without them.

4. Affiliate disclosure

swish earns a commission when you buy through some of our links, at no extra cost to you. This never changes the price you pay and does not influence what we show you beyond normal personalisation.

5. Your rights (GDPR)

You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your data, to withdraw consent at any time, and to object to profiling. To exercise any of these, email hello@swishshop.net — we respond within one month. You may also complain to Romania's data-protection authority, ANSPDCP (dataprotection.ro).

6. Data retention & security

We keep waitlist emails until launch + a reasonable period, or until you ask us to delete them. We use reputable processors (e.g. the waitlist form provider) under data-processing agreements and apply appropriate security measures.

7. Terms of use (summary)

swish is provided "as is" as a discovery tool. Prices, availability, sizing and product details are owned by the retailers and may change — always confirm on the retailer's site.
Your purchase contract is with the retailer, not swish. Returns, warranties, delivery and payment are the retailer's responsibility.
Don't misuse the service (no scraping, reverse engineering, or unlawful use).
